ISS Introduces ChronosBH
Champaign, Illinois - June 24, 2008 - ISS introduces ChronosBH, a fully automated spectrometer for lifetime measurements with picosecond resolution that combines proven ISS technology with Becker & Hickl data acquisition cards for precise time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) measurements using laser diodes, LEDs, Ti- Sapphire, white laser and other pulsed sources.
This latest addition to the fluorescence product line is an important milestone for ISS. Chronos is a unique dual-mode, time-resolved instrument and the result of ISS efforts to provide customers with a choice between frequency- and time-domain solutions, even combined in one instrument.
Chronos is powered by Vinci, the Multidimensional Fluorescence Spectroscopy software that enables full instrument automation, data acquisition and analysis (multiple decay times, rotational correlation times, time-resolved spectra and kinetics).
